Inside Extremity is a contemporary dance practice developed by Eva Georgitsopoulou that focuses on guided improvisation, continuous movement and technical clarity. The emphasis is on creative movement, guided improvisation and spatial composition. Through continuous movement and guided exploration, participants examine the relationship between spontaneity and intention – individually and in a group. The practice supports the development of a personal movement language, trust and collective dynamics. Inside Extremity for All is based on the fundamental principles of Inside Extremity and is accessible to all ages and experience levels. Eva Georgitsopoulou is a Greek dancer and choreographer, a graduate of the Greek National School of Dance and a former member of the Aerites Dance Company. She has been working with Sasha Waltz & Guests since 2019.
