Due to illness the class of today is cancelled (2.12.).
The focus of this course is on developing dance technique and learning challenging choreographies that fuse these two styles, contemporary and jazz. To prepare the body, we start with a thorough warm-up. This is followed by technical exercises, isolations, turns, jumps and floorwork. Choreographies are learnt and dance skills, musicality and expression are improved. The training ends with a cool-down and stretching exercises to recover the body and at the same time increase flexibility and range of movement.
The course is aimed at people who already have some previous dance experience and is not intended for beginners.
