Schlagsahne is a "symphoniography" about rage. Sounds, voices, dance, movement, and props collide energetically. Three performers encounter each other in a space charged with vibrations and sounds, and test how far they can go when things really get going. In a "concert-like" atmosphere, they play through many facets of the feeling of anger and experience how it can change and transform. Into something else ... soft ... or creamy.
