With a classic line-up (guitar, bass, drums), the quartet from Potsdam focuses on pressure and pathos, which it delivers as a wall of sound in the stomach and around the ears. Quiet, elegiac moments find their place alongside fat, driving rock and metal riffs. Above all lies the haunting voice of bassist Mathias Reichelt, whose German and English lyrics about the abysses, passions and longings that flush through everyone's ear canals. Last but not least, the cover version of the Massive Attack classic Teardrop included in the current programme shows the band's wide range of musical influences. But in the end, it's always about making a song that... rocks!
