There is room for a few passengers in the back of this van. As soon as the car door is closed, a special kind of road trip begins. Henn Miller's MusicVan uses the car as a sound space, instrument, projection surface and stage. An improvised soundtrack of electronic and acoustic instruments and live loops of percussive sounds plays in the van. Engine noises, banging on window panes, vibrations and sounds of metal and sheet metal create the impression of a musical journey that feels like a high-speed journey on the motorway. It smells of freedom!
