It's still good!

Supermarkets throw away a lot of fruit that can still be processed. This is a waste of resources, damages the environment and the climate. This fruit can still be used. The idea is to go to the Potsdam supermarkets and shops and pick up the fruit that you want or need to throw away. Jam is then made from the fruit and sold locally. The proceeds are donated to an aid organisation.
