The festival’s workshop program allows you to tailor a package that best suits you: INTENSIVE WORKSHOPS (IWS) for more experienced movers, WORKSHOPS (WS) open to all levels, and JUNGER TANZ (JT) classes for youngsters.

Deadlines and prices
Online registration opens on 23 February 2024. The Early Bird prices are valid until 30 April and will be applied automatically, after that the normal prices apply. The prices are valid for the entire duration of the workshop and can be booked up to one day before the start of the workshop. Drop-in rates must be requested on site and are only possible for some workshops, depending on capacity. Tip: book a TANZ TOTAL package and thus any number of workshops per week!

CATERING
You have a choice of several restaurants onsite at Schiffbauergasse, including the fabrikcafé with vegetarian and vegan options.
TANZ TOTAL
TANZ TOTAL is a package that includes any number of workshops (except JT workshops), a festival pass for free admission to all performances, and a ticket for public transportation for one week. Choice of the workshops is binding. Based on the selection of workshops, the online registration calculates whether the final total per week reaches the total of the TANZ TOTAL package and then automatically books the TANZ TOTAL if this is the case. Don’t forget to book the tickets for the performances of your choice in time (tickets@fabrikpotsdam.de).

TICKET FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The confirmation of registration will be issued on request after receipt of payment and is valid as a Berlin ABC ticket for the Berlin and Potsdam area. It is valid every day two hours before the workshop begins and until 3 a.m. on the next day.
SPECIAL NEEDS ACCESSIBILITY
Ground Floor Studios: Studio 1 and Studio 2 are located on the ground floor ensuring easy access for participants unable to use stairs.
Inclusive Participation: We aim to make our workshops accessible to all. While we cannot meet every need, we encourage participants with special requirements to specify their needs during the registration process. We will endeavour to accommodate and assist wherever possible.
Teacher Awareness for Diverse Abilities: All teachers have been consulted to reflect on and share their experiences regarding the suitability of their workshops for participants with special needs. This ensures a thoughtful and informed approach to accommodating a diverse range of abilities.

TERMS OF REGISTRATION
The workshop fees are valid for the whole workshop and can be booked until one day before start of the class. Drop-In rates are to be enquired onsite and are available only for some workshops and are subject to availability. The reduced rate applies to children and young people up to the age of 19, direct students, the unemployed, welfare recipients, trainees, Bufdis, FSJ and FKJ participants and people with disabilities (and accompanying person with a B-ID). This also applies to regular course participants of the fabrik Potsdam with a valid 10-card or with a course pass from the fabrik. Reservations are made in the order of registration and are confirmed after the receipt of payment. You will then receive a registration confirmation by e-mail. Refunds of the payment (after the deduction of a 12 € processing fee) are possible in substantiated cases up to 14 days prior to the workshop, afterwards only on condition of a substitute participant. No liability for accidents, theft, or for the procedure of the workshops. The participants permit the non-commercial use of photographs and video recordings by fabrik Potsdam.
