Moved by Biography

Based on the biographical events, experiences, and memories that each person carries within them, this workshop brings them to life in the body, makes them visible, and gives them a dance-like expression through movement. Participants can use various tasks to create an individual translation of their personal themes into movement, thereby finding a dance equivalent for their own inner world of experience. Using this material, short movement sequences are created, which establish a connection to the space and the other participants.
