This training course is aimed at teachers from all types of schools and subject areas who wish to integrate movement-based and creative approaches to art into their lessons. Following a guided tour of the exhibition “The Impressionists: Monet, Morisot, Renoir and their Network” at the Barberini Museum, participants will develop their own movement and dance concepts together with choreographer Adi Weinberg in the studio at fabrik Potsdam. In doing so, they will explore ways in which works of art can be perceived, interpreted and creatively reimagined in space through their own movements. Participants will learn practical methods for encouraging pupils of all ages to engage creatively with the visual arts.
The workshop will be held in English.
