Gaga is a movement language developed by Ohad Naharin, artistic director of Batsheva Dance Company. The practice utilizes the healing, transformative power of movement and leads the group through various "tasks" by constantly listening to physical sensations.
Gaga promotes flexibility and endurance, stimulates perception and imagination, and enriches the quality of movement in a simple way.
Due to extraordinary circumstances and in the spirit of continued research, Gaga classes are now offered online in a shorter format. Let's strengthen our energies together and connect with each other despite the physical distance.
Gaga classes are open to people 16 and older, regardless of their background in dance or movement. The language of instruction is English.
The workshop takes place online via zoom.
