Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga that combines movement and breathing into a flowing experience. Alignment, balance and strength of body and mind are the focus of the workshop. Through her passion for yoga and her many years of experience as a dancer, Fiona provides impulses to better feel one's own body and increase well-being.
Fiona Edwards trained as a professional dancer at the Laban Centre London, worked with various choreographers in the UK and Europe before founding her own company which toured nationally and internationally. She lives in London, teaches primarily yoga and dance, and develops movement projects for people of all ages.
