Gaga Morning

Gaga is a movement language developed by Ohad Naharin, artistic director of the Batsheva Dance Company. The practice uses the healing and transformative power of movement and leads through various "tasks" with the help of the conscious sensation of physical qualities. Gaga promotes flexibility and endurance, stimulates perception and imagination and mobilises the whole body in a simple way.
Adi Weinberg graduated from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and is active as a dancer and Gaga teacher worldwide.
