This class is a mixture of contemporary dance technique, choreography and improvisation. You will explore new warm-ups and floor work elements, develop choreographies together and deepen your sense of rhythm and musicality. The movement language is rooted in Contemporary and Modern Dance, enriched by guided improvisation and dynamic floor work.
